Tell me three things and I can usually give you a straight answer on the spot: what year the student is in, Higher or Ordinary, and where it started going wrong. A test result or the name of a topic they dread is plenty.

Sometimes the answer is a weekly class at Leamy House. Sometimes it is an online course they can work through at home. And sometimes it is neither, and I will say that too. Nobody is signed up to anything on a phone call.

Where we are

Leamy House, Hartstonge Street, Limerick. Classes run in the evenings during the school year, in blocks that follow the school calendar. Online students work from home, anywhere in Ireland.

Small groups, one year and one level in the room. Leaving Cert groups are capped at 8, Junior Cert at 6, so nobody hides at the back.
